OUR HISTORY, MISSION AND VALUES
Get to know our brand and passion for Mezcal
Our image corresponds to an engraving made by the Oaxacan artist Irving Herrera. It represents a woman with a handkerchief tied to her head with which she holds two roosters.
Women in the Mixe culture occupy a preponderant place because they not only contribute their care and dedication to the interior of the home, but also actively participate in the production of mezcal in each and every part of the process. That is why, in addition to honoring her for her intense work and her role as a pillar of the family, we do it through her intuition and her ancestral wisdom.
Our values are represented in honoring the land and what it produces, in teamwork, in the sustainability and sustainability of our project and in the love for our roots, our culture and our traditions.
